Wildlife Protection Department Tranquillised Mother Bear And Her Cub In Srinagar City After Hectic Efforts

SRINAGAR. Sep 12: Wildlife protection department tranquillised mother bear and her cub in Srinagar city after hectic efforts.

The efforts lasted more than 24 hours.

DC Srinagar Asad Aijaz said “After 21 hours non stop operation, Black Bear spotted yesterday in Rajbagh area has been tranquillised.Great job by the Team led by Wildlife Department.Area has been scanned and sanitized.

All Educational institutions in the area shall open normally as per daily routine.”
