Many employees yet to upload monthly achievements on EPM portal

Srinagar, May 24: The and Higher Department has said there were some defaulting employees working who were yet to register and submit their monthly achievements regularly on the Employees Performance Monitoring (EPM) portal.

According to the news agency, the department has accordingly directed such employees to register and submit their monthly achievements regularly on EPMS Portal without fail.

Under Secretary to government for Higher Education Department, Dr. Ashwani Hansa in a communiqué issued earlier this month has said, “Employees Performance Monitoring Portal has been developed to capture the monthly work performance of employees of government of Jammu and Kashmir and review by their respective reporting or controlling officers, thereby, making an important tool to assess the performance of employees.”

Hansa said that till date, a significant progress has been achieved and the maximum number of employees of all departments has filed their monthly process on EPMS portal barring a few.

“The General Administration Department (GAD) has directed that all the defaulting employees working under their administrative control must register and submit their monthly achievements regularly on EPMS Portal without fail,” reads the communiqué.

The department has accordingly impressed upon all the employees of the Higher Education Department to adhere to the instructions of the General Administration Department and submit monthly achievements regularly on the EPMS portal.
