2 landmines, shell destroyed in Mendhar

Poonch, Aug 01 : Army on Monday recovered and destroyed two anti-personnel landmines and one 51 mm explosive shell in Mendhar village of Division's Poonch District on Monday.

Officials told that Army teams found these two anti personnel landmines and one 51mm explosive shell in Keri Top area of Mendhar.

The official said that three materials were taken into possession by Army teams and later destroyed through a controlled explosion.
