One arrested over alleged spitting incident in Poloura

Tawi, Apr 06: Janipur Police on Monday arrested a person who was spitting in people's houses in Paloura area. He has been sent to the Quarantine Center. Due to his antics, there was an atmosphere of panic in the area making people very angry and delayed action could have deteriorated situation in the area amidst Covid-19 lockdown. According to the information, the people of the area informed the police about said person who was spitting in people's homes in the area. Acting on the information, the police reached the spot. There was a lot of anger in the area about this matter because he was spitting in people's homes. The people's gate was also dirty which seemed that he was doing it deliberately. There is already a fear among people about Corona. In such a situation, it seemed that he is a patient of Corona, who is doing so with the intention of trying to get the rest of the people in the grip of the disease. The police caught him. He was taken to the Quarantine Center so that it can be investigated.
The man is identified as Bashir Ahmed and he is an employee of the secretariat. Police said, he was being questioned as to why he was doing so. Police in-charge Janipur Naresh Sharma said that after getting the information, the police went to the scene. The police caught him. He has been sent to the center. Only after his investigation report will be known. The police will also take legal action against him.
