No untoward incident took place in J&K following abrogation of Art 370 & 35A: HM Amit Shah

Home Minister Amit Shah today said that no untoward incident took place in and following the abrogation of Article 370 and 35 A and peace is prevailing in the State.

Speaking at the 46th Management Convention in New Delhi, the Home Minister said that the Narendra Modi led government has took all decisions which are in the interest of the people and never by thinking what people will like.

He said such decisions are the basis of bringing change in the country. He said, the per capita national income of has gone up from Rs. 80 thousand to Rs. 1.26 lakh.

Hitting out at the previous UPA government, Mr Shah alleged that in 2013 there were multiple cases of corruption and the government was not able to make decisions for country's growth.
