The visit of the president of china xi jinping is not a mean development by any standard. The significance of the chins president is an historical and an extra-ordinary event. The leaders of the two emergingeconomies have metat Mamallapurm in Tamils Naidu which is sixty miles away from Channi and is an island city.Jinping was on a two day informal visit to India. It is not for nothing are without valid basis that Mamallapuram was selected for the meeting between xi jinping and Modi. It is no coin cadence that Mamallapuram was selected for the meeting. The island of Mamallapuram has been deliberately selected for the meeting between the two leaders. Channi has a cultural connect with C hina dating back to 7th century AD when Heun -ts-Tsung visited. Mamallapuram is a cuitural heritage place of india and Asia.The two powerful leaders of Asia and world met at Mamamallapuram. It is an informal meeting between the two heads of governments of the most populous countries of the world .
cThere is no agenda for talks and the two leaders freely talked to each other on a range of issues beginning from terrorism ,terrorist funding, trade deficit, climate change and the like.The Chinese presidend and MOdi visited Arjun ,Thapsthali where arjuna had done penancefor pleasing Lord shiva. Thay also visited shoor mandir,panch rath minder and sipped coconut water and this is termed by the political pundits as Narial diplomacy.India is an emerging world power and ranks at the sixth number and is a growing economic power and ranks at fourth number.This has forced china to come closer to india. It was only china that had somewhat backed Pakistan over the abrogation of article 370.And to balance it ,china s president jinping has visited india.China has strained relations with America As the two super powers are indulging in a trade war which is a danger for world peace.In such circumstances china does not want to have distance with india and will hardly open another front with india. If 21st century has to become an asian century, then china and india will have to come closer and china understands it. China is a senior partener in this relationship and china knows well its strategic interests and will not come under the influence of Pakistan. Pakistan is frustrated on the visit of xi jinping and it had again started ceasefire violations in Rjuri sector.china has not now subscribed to Pakistani stand on j and k. This has given sleeplessnights to Pakistan PMImran Skhan.since the meeting is held with out any agenda and the talks are not hostage to any pre-detrrmined agenda and thus two leaders are free to discussanything.Thus the talks were held with open mind .On the first day talks followed cultural sight seeing and cultural programe and this lead to taks between the two leaders .Modi gave a dinner in honour of the visiting dignitary.xi jinping was served south Indian cuisine in dinner.Repealing of article 370 is the internal matter of India and the China is of the view that K issue should be solved bilaterally between India and Pakistan and this is the vindication of Indias stand on jand k and is the diplomatic triumph of Modi.China is the big trading partner of India and China can not affored to ignore India anymore and thus the visit of the president xi jinping of China.Trade power will be turned into diplomatic powerBoth leaders had the glimpse of panch rath minder as well. 17th billion dollar exportes is the result o f Whan informal deliberations between the two Countries. One billion dollar investment and two crore jobs were created post whun talks and now it is hoped that positive atmosphere will prevail and trade and investment will followtodays talks.Tradewar is between Amrica and china and India is no peoblem for china.China knows it well terrorism is in some provinces of china but there is double speak of china on terrorism.It has quelled the Islamic terrorism in its provinces but backs Pakistan terrorist activities.On the second day of the visit jinping and Modi had one to one meeting for 50 minutes only translators in.The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere and the two leaders discussed a range of issues concerning the two nations.abscent No MOUwas signed.The meeting focused on future co-operation and ties between the two nations. The meeting between Modi and Jinoing lasted for 50minutes.Talks were held on business,trade,education,investment and ahost of subjects including. In delegation level meeting Modi said differences will not be to take the form of disputes. He also said that both countries will be concerned to the problems of each other.Modi further said a new era of co-operation has started and India china relations will help in world peace.Jinping said that if India wants to invest in china , it can do so.7O years of the friendship of the two countries will be celebrated and each country will undertake 35 programs and in total 70 programes will be organized.The Kalish Mansrover yatra was also discussed in the meeting.Climate change which confronts the world today was also delebrated upon.Kissue was totally abscent in the meeting The menace of terrorism was discussed in the meeting and it was a slap on the face of Pakistan. It was stated in the meeting that how to carry forward the relations will be the responsibility of the foreign ministers of the two countriesIt was agreed in the talks that future informal meeting will be held in china.NCBMs were also discussed in the meeting.Xi jinping said that the meeting will be remembered greately and he also said that he is happy at the welcome and hospitality of Indidia It was daid that this meeting is the beginning of a new era in the relatipons between the two nations.The meeting strengthened the old slogan of hindi -chinee bai bai.Xi jinping gave invitation to Modi to visit china which Modi accepted In nutshell the is informal meeting will lay the foundation of strong relations between china and India May it be true for the good of both the countries Tatha Aastu.
