In cricket, England crushed Australia by 135 runs in the fifth and final Ashes Test to level the series at 2-2, at The Oval. Victory for the home side means the Ashes ends in a draw for the first time since 1972, although holders Australia retain the urn.
Chasing a stiff target of 399 runs, Australia lost all the wickets at 263 runs in their second innings on the fourth day of the test. Matthew Wade was Australia's top scorer for the visitors with 117 while Steve Smith, who scored an astonishing 774 runs in just seven innings, was out for a score of less than fifty for the first time in the series.
Earlier yesterday, the hosts added 16 runs to their overnight score 313-8, to be all out for 329 in their second innings but set a challenging target of 399 for the visitors.
In their first innings, England scored 294 runs while Kangaroos made 225 runs.
England's Jofra Archer is awarded man of the match for his six-wicket haul in the first inning.
